Iron Based Amorphous Ribbon

 

Amorphous alloy ribbon（2605SA1：mainly composed of Fe、Si、B）is very low loss with high permeability. It provide excellent performance for single and three phase commercial, industrialand distribution transformer applications

Composition: 75-80 at% Fe, 20-25 at% Si+B

Amorphous Ribbon Thickness: 30 ± 5 μm

Amorphous Ribbon Width: 5 to 50 mm

Benefits:

Low coercivity—Increasing component efficiency

Low core loss—Reducing temperature rise in devices

Variable permeability by different heat treatments—Satisfying various application requirements

Typical Applications

Typical applications are as below:

• Cores for oil-immersed/dry type ultra-efficient distribution transformers at commercial frequency (50/60 Hz)；

• Cores for medium frequency (400-10000 Hz) transformers；

• Cores for filters, inductors, and reactors；

• Foils for magnetic shielding.

 

Intermediate frequency power transformer core

Toroidal uncut core of choke for car audio and car navigation

HF rectangular cutting core of transformer and output inductor for switching power supply, uninterruptible power supply  and so on

Toroidal uncut core of IGBT, MOSFET and pulse transformer

Stator and rotor for high power density variable-speed motor, generator
